Terry Cayen from Royal Lepage was referred to us by a mutual acquaintance who also spoke highly of her. Our house had been listed with another realtor for four months with disappointing results.
From our first meeting, we immediately appreciated the quality of her presentation material; her listing more accurately described our property's uniqueness and the photos were of superior quality.
Terry made no false promises, offered no gimmicks; she accepted the challenge of selling our house in the short period of time remaining before we would loose our future home. Terry does not list the property on MLS and wait for showings to happen. She passed pamphlets in the neighborhood, created a professional website promoting the property, organized five open houses in consecutive weekends.
